Do you play violin, cello, double bass or even the viola? Come and join our string ensemble, meet other musically minded young people and play pieces from Paganini to Pirates of the Caribbean. You’ll get to work with inspiring professional tutors and take part in concerts and projects at Theatr Clwyd and across North Wales.

To get the most out of this opportunity, we recommend you have reached around grade 2 standard (although you don’t need to have taken any exams). We also accommodate more advanced young musicians in this group, making sure to find the right balance of fun and challenge.
